There were enough fixings left over so we could have paninis again last night. Yum! I made them with portobello mushrooms, pesto, sun dried tomatoes and mozzarella and provolone cheese. Delicious!
We're starting to formulate our attack for the Monte Cristos, too. We're thinking we'll definitely fry them (why mess around?) in some sort of batter. We'll probably follow the lead of the Blue Bayou restaurant at Disneyland. Now what kind of jam should we use?
