Beth was cutting up a roast to make beef jerky when she had the brilliant idea to save back one big slice for steak sandwiches. I cooked it up the frying pan and sliced it into strips so it wouldn't be too chewy. You shouldn't have to fight with your sandwich after all.
The steak went onto a baguette spread blue cheese butter and a few leaves of spinach for color. The verdict? Yum!
