Beth was cutting up a roast to make beef jerky when she had the brilliant idea to save back one big slice for steak sandwiches. I cooked it up the frying pan and sliced it into strips so it wouldn't be too chewy. You shouldn't have to fight with your sandwich after all.The steak went onto a baguette spread blue cheese butter and a few leaves of spinach for color. The verdict? Yum!
