Farmer's Market=Delicious BLT

To recover from our all-day eating binge at the State Fair, I whipped up this yummy sandwich for dinner the next night. It's mostly T in the BLT. Check out this beautiful tomato we got at the Farmer's Market.
I had a pile of farmer's market green beans tossed with a little butter and some thyme from our garden along with it. Aaah, summer. Don't go away!

Hey! I am SO JEALOUS that you tried it. How was the chocolate covered BACON?!?!? The first thing that Doug and I ate was the Australian battered potatoes, and they were so filling they pretty much wrecked us for the rest of the fair food. We did try deep fried battered fruit. Not the best, but not the worst, and we had a coupon.

So, how WAS the bacon?
