Yay! I'm excited for Sandwich Night tonight. I have a ginger basil pork and turkey meatloaf ready for slicing and cilantro, jalapenos, and cucumbers ready to go. I'm going to make homemade lime mayonnaise. Kris is bringing fresh pickled daikon, carrots and red peppers. Karen and Susan are going to investigate other meats at one of the Asian markets in St. Paul. I'll be picking up baguettes at the New French on my way home.
And, since Karen is a birthday girl today, I made cupcakes!
