Awesome. And so true.
OMG leave it to the milwaukee public museum - - that was my fave place when I was a kid and got me hooked on museums at a young age - glad it is still leading the way, at least with regard to food philosophy. We take this stuff reeeeeeal seriously in WIsconsin.
